  Module IOHZRMB loads an incorrect register with the pointer to
  the SMB chain, and then incorrectly determines that there are
  transactions defined to this IMS system because the correct
  register is non-zero.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Sysgen is corrected to load the SMB chain pointer to the
  proper register.
