Error description

• Previously, when a target object existed or not, but no dataset
  was found, the copy was made to a dataset using F0001 as the 5th
  level qualifier. Using the COPY-IJ-TO-NONEXISTENT-TARGET(Y)
  command, the copy can be made using the IJ indicator that
  appears in the target catalog (object exists) or the copy can be
  made using the IJ indicator that appears in the source catalog
  (object does not exist).

  The default, N, copies using F0001.
  

Local fix

• Create and execute the VSAM delete and rename job available in
  Tablespace Cloning.
