  *                      a transport switch from UDP to TCP.     *

  An exception is being thrown when a package exceeds the MTU
  value and a certain custom property
  ("javax.sip.strict.outbound.local.port") is false which is its
  default value. This flag does not allow sending a package over
  a listening point that is different from the one mentioned in
  the SIP message. In our case the "if" statement that checks
  the custom property value was supposed to throw the exception
  on the property "javax.sip.strict.outbound.local.port" having a
  true value and not false.
  

Problem conclusion

• The erroneous "if" statement was changed.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 1.0.0.13. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
