Error description
Within IBM Cognos Administration, a dispatcher can be organized into folders. This is working correctly for Windows dispatchers, however, for AIX, it will create 2 copies of the dispatcher. One will be in a folder, and the other in the root of Configuration. This causes issues with the environment, such as BuxService unable to be located.
