  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. When the history dataset is wrapping *
  *                         on the host, system health is        *
  *                         sending a history request with an    *
  *                         outdated TOD. This will then         *
  *                         deactivate the automatic refresh in  *
  *                         system health.                       *
  *                      2. PWH is not working on a 64bit system *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply this PTF                               *

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  1. When the history dataset is wrapping on the host, the slider
     in system health is pointing to a no longer existing TOD
     counter on the next auto refresh, system health is sending a
     history request with it (although history is not activated),
     this will leads to an error which is deactivating the
     autorefresh in system health.
  2. PWH functionnalities are not working on a 64bit system since
     the PEClient 32bit JRE is not compatible with a 64bit DB2
     installed locally.

     a correct TOD counter and history request are no longer
     sent in case auto refresh is ON.
  2. A new PEClient version is available supporting
     64bit systems.
