PM66793: Replace sample script WpsUpdate.py to update messaging endpoint ports correctly

Error description

• With messaging endpoints ports set to default and not secure,
  error messages as follows
  may be received in the adjunct region:
  
  Category: SEVERE
  ExtendedMessage: CWLLG2056E: An unexpected JMSException
  occurred while data was being sent.
  Error: javax.jms.JMSException: CWSIA0241E: An exception was
  received during the call to the method
  JmsManagedConnectionFactoryImpl.createConnection:
  com.ibm.websphere.sib.exception.
  SINotPossibleInCurrentConfigurationException
  
  By running the updated copy of the WpsUpdate.py script as
  described in the InfoCenter,
  the correct configuration values will be set.
  

Local fix

• Apply the ifix to receive an updated copy of the sample
  WpsUpdate.py script.
