  USERS AFFECTED:
  Users of? Rational RequisitePro client for Windows (Rational
  RequisitePro) trying logging into a project configured to be
  authenticated by LDAP using user information that includes
  domain (userName\domain).
  
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION :
  When logging a Requisitepro project configured to be
  authenticated by LDAP using user information that includes
  domain (userName\domain), RequisitePro is not able to handle
  LDAP credentials that includes a "\" in the user name.
  

Problem conclusion

• Rational RequisitePro code has been updated to support LDAP
  credentials that include a "\" in the user name.
  The fix for this APAR was included in RequisitePro version
  7.1.2.8 and 7.1.3.4.
