  Description.
  The Clean, Rebuild and Deployment operations associated with a
  RUI EGL Application options can take hours to complete in some
  scenarios.
  
  These performance issues can be caused by three main problems:
  1) Where it takes more than 30 minutes to clean and build the
  workspace, this concerns some mechanisms within the dynamic
  framework which require to be fine tuned.
  2) The RUI application when using the Dynamic loading framework
  to load RUI handlers where the main RUI handler is configured
  with too many such handlers will cause out of memory errors
  after some hours at deployment.
  3) Configuring with multiple languages at deployment will cause
  more associated js files to be generated causing a large
  additional overhead to adversely affect the performance.
