  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves this    *
  *                 APAR, all CMASes which act as Maintenance    *
  *                 point for one or more CICSplexes must be     *
  *                 recycled to pick up the new code.  Note      *
  *                 that CMASes do not need to be brought down   *
  *                 and restarted at the same time.              *
  ****************************************************************
     Module EYU0MOFS is called during resource creation to con-
  vert attribute values from external to internal form.  When
  testing character attributes for the special INHERIT values
  '*' or 'INHERIT' local variables used to determine the address
  and length of the value to be compared are not initialized.
  Abend S0C4 might occur if these variables contain residual
  data.
  

Problem conclusion

•    Module EYU0MOFS was modified to use the starting address
  and length passed in the Method Argument List when testing
  character attributes for special values.
