• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the 'GENERATED ALWAYS AS IDENTITY' statement was generated
  the DDL generation module received values for 'START WITH',
  'INCREMENTED BY', 'MINVALUE', and 'MAXVALUE' as 64-bit integer
  values but processed these values as 32-bit integer values.
