    In such a case, the exception  ValidateException
    "PROFILE_NOT_IN_WASHOME" with profile name is expected.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • ****************************************************************
    * USERS AFFECTED: ITCAM for AD users, configuring KYN agent.

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Agent configuration fails with
    * NullPointerException, if one of WAS profiles listed
    * in profileRegistry.xml does not exist.

    * RECOMMENDATION:
    * Update agent to 7.1.0.3 interim fix 3 or newer
    ****************************************************************
    

Problem conclusion

  • Agent, during configuration, parses profileRegistry.xml, and
    the situation, when no profile in profileRegistry.xml pass
    the verification, was unexpected.
    
    The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
