Error description

• Changing the System ID from Panel ANLPSYST generates msg
  INVALID INFORMATION.  PF1 generates error msg:
  Invalid information provided, please try again
  when running DB2 10 CM8 or CM9.
  

Local fix

• A temporary work around is to edit hlq.SANLCLST(ANLCSYST)
  line number 000164:
    from:  IF &RCHOLD = 1010 THEN DO
    to:    IF &RCHOLD = 1011 | &RCHOLD = 1012 THEN DO
