PM65434: DATA MANAGER: BLANK SPACE VALUE INCORRECTLY TRIGGERS TYPE 2 SCD UPDATE

Error description

• Data Manager: blank space value incorrectly triggers type 2 SCD
  update??When using a blank space (e.g ' ') as a source value for
  an attribute with type 2 tracking, a new record is incorrectly
  generated for this record. Test case is attached. Import the
  Type2_problem.pkg file, attach the data source to a table and
  run the Type2_problem dim build twice without making changes to
  the source data. You will see an type 2 update for each record
  on the second execution.??This issue doesn't happen with an
  empty value (e.g. '')
