  Note also that the collector was indicating that this subsystem
  (DSN) was inactive even though it was in fact up.

  Note also that even when the abend0C4-11 doesn't occur, the OMPE
  Server still thinks that the DB2 subsystem is down when it is
  actually up and the OMPE Server has to be recycled to resolve
  this situation.

Local fix

• To resolve, restart the OMPE Server/Collector STC.
