  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR improves sample JCL and       *
  *                      customization members. It includes the  *
  *                      JCLIN part to relink FPQBINI0 norent.   *
  *                      The JCLIN in PTF UK78966 includes link  *
  *                      statements with syntax that can not be  *
  *                      recognized by all SMP/E maintenance     *
  *                      levels and apply of UK78966 ends with   *
  *                      RC=08. The syntax of link statement is  *
  *                      changed to be accepted by all SMP/E     *
  *                      installations.                          *

  Install the APAR to have the newest JCL and samples for Tools
  Base 1.3.
