PM65213: ABEND0C4 DUE TO BAD BRANCH FROM IQCQMR30 + X'ED6'

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ABENDS0C4 due to BASR R14,R15 from IQCQMR30 plus x'ED6' or
  after label IQCQMR30-AT-MR3QLOC + x'390'.  We expect the
  QSCD address in R11, but have the SCD address instead, which
  is causing the abend.
