PM63798: THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES MESSAGES CSQW124E DURING STOP QMGR MODE(FORCE) PROCESSING

Error description

• The following messages received during the process of shutting
  down the Queue Manager:
  CSQW124E CSQ1 CSQWVZD1 - 'ACCTG' TRACE TERMINATED RC=17B19CE4
  RMID=26
  .
  The change team found that the problem is in CSQWVZPA. If
  SCOMSTPF (force-shutdown) is set then it will exit without
  setting R15, so it will contain the address of CSQWVZPA itself.

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The message CSQW124E with the invalid return code can occur
  after a STOP MODE(FORCE), when ACCTG tracing is active.
  
  The problem is in CSQWVZPA.  If SCOMSTPF (force-shutdown) is set
  then it will exit without setting R15, so it will contain the
  address of CSQWVZPA itself.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been corrected to clear R15 before branching to
  EXIT in CSQWVZPA.
