  Users of Rational RequisitePro who open projects using LDAP
  authentication

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION :
  When the user tries to login a Rational RequisitePro project
  using a LDAP username, the authentication process
  will fail when an unreacheable LDAP server is used as the
  first option.
  

Problem conclusion

• RequisitePro was modified for verifying the connectivity
  with all the servers listed in the LDAP configuration file.
  The fix for this APAR was included in RequisitePro version
  7.1.2.8 and 7.1.3.4.
