PM63552: UPGRADED DATABASE DOES NOT DISPLAY THE START BUTTON IN TM1 IBM COGNOS CONFIGURATION

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer has a database that was created in TM1 9.5.20100.18046
  and when we add the database using the TM1 10.1 Configuration,
  the service is created a starts but the start button (green
  triangle) does not display.
  

Local fix

• Remove quotes around Server Name in the tm1s.cfg file
