PM63503: CQM8021E INTERVAL ...IS BEING WRITTEN AND CANNOT BE OFFLOADED UNTIL IT COMPLETES

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Message CQM8021E may be incorrectly displayed when the DB2
  offload job CQM@LDB2 is being run to offload all of the
  intervals for the previous day, using parameter
  INTERVAL_UNITS(DAYS), if CQM@LDB2 is run before
  collector interval processing has completed for the first
  interval of the current day.
  

Local fix

• Schedule job CQM@LDB2 to run after collector interval processing
  has completed for the first interval of the current day.
