  looks aligned on right when expected to be on left.

  The build descriptor options leftalign, setformitemfull and
  fillwithnulls are ignored for TUI's in EGL, when they were
  not in CSP/VAGen
  

Problem conclusion

• The update will allow the usage of the 3 build descriptor
  options to be used on TUI forms, because CSP and VAG did.
  However, for EGL the documentation states these options are
  intended for print forms only.
  
  If you wish to have these options affect TUI forms, then you
  need to set the appropriate build descriptor option along
  with one (or more) of these symbolic parameters to a value
  of YES:
  ALLOWTUILEFTALIGN
  ALLOWTUISETFORMITEMFULL
  ALLOWTUIFILLWITHNULLS
