APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• During SQLPA configuration in the Tools Customizer (TCz).
  The "Command procedures library" specified on the
  TCz "LPAR Parameters" panel is materialized as the DSN for
  both the DD's STEPLIB and SYSPROC in some generated JCL.
  Additional Symptom:
  2- Generated customization jobs create incorrect data set names
  with &TEMP rather than correct dsname of &&TEMP.
  

Local fix

• Delete or comment out the extraneous STEPLIB DD.
