• DFHAP0001 An abend (code 0C1/AKEA) has occurred at
  offset X'FFFFFFFF' in module ZP04C00.

  Two words of CICS EPVT storages were overlaid by
  KO2STORB when running in access register mode.
  Access register 15 was set to 00000001 after call to IGSLREL
  (release latch service).

  The overlaying data are 2 4-byte addresses that point within the
  page that is overlayed.  The overlaying data along with the
  location of the overlays always fit the following pattern: The 4
  bytes at offset 2D0 into a page are overlayed with a
  pointer to 284 into that page.  And the 4 bytes at
  offset 288 into that page are overlayed with a
  pointer to 23C into that page.

  This is a piece of an application program that has been
  overlayed after it was loaded into private storage in a CICS
  address space.   The 2 words flagged with the asterisks are the
  overlay.  The overlay at 2D0 into the page is a pointer to 284
  into the page.   And the overlay at 288 into the page is a
  pointer to 23C into the page.

  Sometimes it is CICS control blocks that are overlayed.  When
  that is the case, the symptoms are unpredictable.
