Error description

  • Describe the problem.

    Exporting clearquest stateless records can result in the field
    name order not matching the data order.If you select the fields
    to export in the wizard. The field names will be written into
    the export file in the order you select them. However, the data
    could be exported in a different order.
    
    Workaround:
    ********************
    If you export the record and check the excport file. If the
    field name and data are out of order, you can run the wizard
    again and choose the fields in the order the data was exported,
    The new export file will then match.
