Error description

• After PM44097 is installed, for multiple secondary index
  segments, the DDATA lengths, not the DDATA operands are used
  for consistency checking.
  This APAR enables the FPA INDEXBLD to build secondary index
  databases correctly though the DDATA operands are different and
  the DDATA lengths are same.
  Similarly, this APAR enables FPA ANALYZE to verify secondary
  index databases correctly though the DDATA operands are
  different and the DDATA lengths are same.
  
  This is a preventative APAR for IMS APAR PM44097 and a
  retro (backward) fit of IMS Fast Path Solution Pack V120
  APAR PM62662.
