  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IMS Index Builder for z/OS,     *
  *                 Version 3 Release 1 (FMID=H22O310)           *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR corrects the following        *
  *                      problems of the IMS Index Builder's IVP *
  *                      JCLs, IIUIVPF and IIUIVPH:              *
  *                                                              *
  *                      1. The system symbol &SYSUID indicating *
  *                      user ID is used for the high qualifier  *
  *                      of the data set name which is new       *
  *                      allocated in the IVP job.               *
  *                      It'll be changed to the variable        *
  *                      keyword '$ivphlq'.                      *
  *                                                              *
  *                      2. There is no VOLUME parameter on      *
  *                      the definition of new data sets.        *
  *                      The parameter 'VOL=SER=($volser)' will  *
  *                      be added to each definition.            *
  *                                                              *
  *                      3. The data sets generated in the IVP   *
  *                      job remains when the IVP job fails.     *
  *                      The parameter 'COND=EVEN' will be       *
  *                      added to the last job step to delete    *
  *                      all the data sets.                      *

  *                      4. There are missing numbers in the     *
  *                      stepnames.                              *
