  The CCVBMAIN utility program displays an incorrect time in its
  report heading that does not match the time in the JES job log
  when the utility was run.
  The report heading date/time routine did not correctly handle
  the Language Environment (LE) timezone environment variable
  that can be set via the PARMLIB member CEEPRMnn ENVAR setting,
  or a SETCEE CEEDOPT,ENVAR(TZ=...) operator command.
  

Problem conclusion

• The CCVBMAIN utility has been corrected to base the local
  date/time solely on the z/OS CVT (Communications Vector
  Table) settings.
