• After applying APAR PM60451 to HP Image Copy V4.2, Some cases of
  Database Recovery Facility that can not be use HP Image Copy
  GLOBAL parameters terminates with ABEND U0384 RSN 21.

  After applying APAR PM60451, HP Image Copy under IMS Database
  Recovery Facility has following problem:
  - IMS Database Recovery Facility terminates with ABEND U0384
    ( ABENDU0384 ) when all of the following parameters associated
    with the HP Image Copy are not specified in UTILGBL()
    environmental statement:
    - DSN()
    - DSN2()
    - VICDSN()
    - WAITALOC()
    - WAITMSG()
    - WAITTIME()
  When any of these parameters are not specified,
  HP Image Copy does not generate GLOBAL statement.
  
  By APAR PM60451, HP Image Copy skipped initialization
  process of the internal control block when any parameters
  in GLOBAL statement are not generated under IMS Database
  Recovery Facility. As a result, HP Image Copy in master address
  space (MAS) can not fetch the control block and IMS Database
  Recovery Facility terminates with ABEND U0384
  ( ABENDU0384 ).
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJINT3 and FABJPRM3 have been modified to initialize the
  control block which HP Image Copy uses.
