PM62166: Some DB2PMSACCT_PROGRAM table columns (prefix PCK_) are null in case of DB2 10 and long names,Acct REPORT might also be affected

Error description

• Incorrect output with 3 fields being null when reporting
  accounting information after DB2 V10 conversion mode migration.
  Problem occurred on JCL STPE 3 of SAVE to FILE conversion, ie.
  VSAM to QSAM step.
  .
  In Version 9, positions 2337, 2467, and 2597 of the QSAM file
  contained the Location, Collection-ID, and ID respectively.
  Each is a varchar. In Version 10, all three positions contain
  X'000140', followed by binary zeroes. These fields do exist in
  the VSAM file.
