Error description

• HP Unload job gets ABEND0C4 IN FABH011x when FABH090 is called
  to write diagnostic information to HSSRTRAC DD when DIAGG is
  specified.  This occurs because the address of a control block
  is not set correctly in FABH090.

  HP Unload gets ABEND0C4 in FABH011x(8/9/A/B/2) when all of the
  following conditions are met:
  - A compressed segment is defined and the key value is not in
    ascending order.
  - DECN is not specified in the HSSROPT DD.
  - The following control statements are specified in the HSSROPT
    DD:
      - DIAGG DIAGONLY or DIAGG CB
      - KEYCHECK GG
      - SKERROR
  
  In this case, the address of a control block is not  set
  correctly in FABH090.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABH090 has been modified to set the address of a control block
  correctly.
