PM62005: ENHANCEMENT TO MULTI-TASK THE HSM OFFLOAD THROUGH RECOVERY EXPERT.

Error description

• Enhancement to Multi-Task the HSM offload through Recovery
  Expert and to override the DUMPCLASS that is specified in the
  backup profile.
  The only way to change the dump class currently is to update the
  profile and change it in the profile.  Keywords added to allow a
  new HSM dumpclass to be specified for each type of tape copy
  being made. The following keywords will be supported on a
  Recovery Expert Offload job to override the HSM dumpclass
  specified in the backup profile:

  DUMPC-LB dmpclass
  DUMPC-RP dmpclass
  DUMPC-RB dmpclass

  This will allow user to change the dumpclass without having to
  edit the profile.
  Also adding support for dumping both the log and data copy pools
  concurrently.
