  Symptoms:
  SQLID was neglected and data type TIMESTAMP was incorrectly
  compared when comparing NSPs using OC

  *                      on the Analyze step with a RC12:        *

  The DB2 Object Comparison Tool neglected the SQLID and the
  data type TIMESTAMP was incorrectly compared when comparing
  NSP using DB2 Object Compare.  Additionally, Merge fails on
