APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• UsageType property to ?Specification?.   In addition, my profile
  adds a ?Header New? button to OM diagram toolbar.
  
  But when you try to draw a dependency from a template
  instantiation object in a diagram to a class, you get an error:
  
  'Template instantiation cannot have Header New'
  
  There are 2 manual workarounds: You can draw a regular
  dependency between Template_inst and Class1, then setting the
  ??header_include?? stereotype on the dependency.  Alternatively,
  you can also create a regular dependency first, then right-click
  on it and select ?Change To-?Header New?.
