PM61545: MSGISPT034 TABLE IS NOT OPEN RESULTS FROM ONLINE REORG USING LISTDEF AND SHRLEVEL CHANGE

Error description

• DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS fails to complete ONLINE REORG
  job build when processing a LISTDEF and SHRLEVEL CHANGE is
  requested. Admin's ISPF panel, ADB2USOO ,' Online Reorg Mapping
  Table ' accepts ENTER with the following parms:
  .
    SHRLEVEL      ===> C                     (Change/Reference)
  
    Create table  ===> no                    (Yes/No)
    Owner         ===> owner    >            (optional)
    Table name    ===> MAPTBL             > (? to look up existing
                                              tables)
  .
  Error messages appear similar to:
  * ISPT034
  * Table is not open
  * TBQUERY issued for table LINE that is not open.
  * Current dialog statement:
  * TBQUERY LINE  ROWNUM (NBRROWS)
