Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS GEN function's 'Generate
  catalog stats' option produces SQL INSERT statements for
  SYSTABLESPACESTATS and SYSINDEXSPACESTATS which have a zero / 0
  coded for the DBID, PSID and PARTITION columns resulting in a
  SQLCODEN803 / -803 when the statements are executed.
  

Local fix

• Amend the generated syntax to include the correct DBID,PSID and
  PARTITION.
