Problem summary

  • After updating the version of ClearQuest on Windows 2008
    platforms, the entries for the email notifications are cleared
    in the registry.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available in ClearQuest 7.1.2.7 and 8.0.0.3.
    
    The Windows Registry keys will be preserved and restored
    accordingly during the update and re-install scenarios.
