PM61293: FPA INDEXBLD AND ANALYZE TO SUPPORT /CK NEW FUNCTION IN FPSI

Error description

• This APAR enables the FPA INDEXBLD and FPA ANALYZE to support
  /CK new function that is added by IMS V12 APAR PM45141.
  PM45141 adds DBDGEN/ACBGEN support to build a Fast Path
  Secondary Index DMCB using the following new function on a
  DBDGEN XDFLD statement:
    - SRCH=(/CK,start_value,length_value)
    - SUBSEQ=(/CK,start_value,length_value)
  
  This is a forward fit of FPSP V110 APAR PM61216.

  If an ACB that is generated to use /CK new function that is
  added by IMS V12 APAR PM45141, is used, FPA abends with
  HFPS3014E message.
  This FPA APAR PM61293 is released to process correctly with new
  ACB which is genarated after applying IMS V12 FPSI PM45141.
