PM61246: UNABLE TO SAVE ACTIVE REPORTS TO THE ARCHIVE LOCATION FILE SYSTEM ROOT

Error description

  • Users are unable to save Active Reports to the Archive Location
    File System Root. Upon doing the run history details show that
    it has succeeded, there are Report Outputs available to view,
    however no files are being stored in the specified Archive
    Location File System Root. ??Other non-active reports are
    working fine. This issue is only restricted to Active Reports.
