Local fix

• The workaround is to add a DD to the JCL.
  The DD should be $DB2PRM$.
  It cannot be allocated to DD *.
  It has to be a data set with an LRECL=80,RECFM=FB.
  The data set should contain the following:
  
  KBPCPX
