Error description

• When using the IBM Rational ClearCase-ClearQuest UCM integration
  , the ClearQuest activity will not be removed when you run the
  following commands:
  cleartool rebase -complete, cleartool rebase -cancel and
  cleartool deliver -cancel.
  
  For example, when running a cleartool deliver - cancel, you will
  see the following:

  Cancel deliver
            FROM: stream 'A_Proj1'
            TO: stream 'Proj1_Integration'
  Using target view: 'A_Proj1_int'.
  Are you sure you want to cancel this deliver operation?  [no]

  cleartool: Error: Server error: 'CRVAP0075E After completion of
  the 'ServerDelete' operation, not all resources were delivered
  as requested.'
  cleartool: Error: Server error: 'CRVSV0078E Error from RPC
  server: CRVSV0757E Unexpected server error during deliver of
  temporary record: CRMUD0082E Execution of a hook failed during
  the action Delete.  It was the ACTION_COMMIT hook attached to
  the UCMUtilityActivity 'SAMPL00000042'.  The reason for the
  failure was:
  The ClearQuest web interface does not support this operation.
