Error description

• Users of DB2 Object Compare Tool for z/OS report DROP / CREATE
  scenarios fail on LOAD step when WSL (Work Statement List) is
  used and UNLOAD dataset goes to tape device. Restart of LOAD
  step works ok, as tape has been successfully deallocated.

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved.
  
  After this APAR is applied, running ADBTEP2 still fails on the
  LOAD step with error message 'DSNU1036I UNABLE TO ESTIMATE
  SPACE REQUIREMENTS FOR WORKDDN 1' when SYSREC dataset goes to
  a tape device and the space option is omitted for the WORKDDN
  templates.
  
  This problem will be addressed by APAR PM64274.
