Error description

• This Apar addresses the following problems:
  .
  1.  DSNUTILB Syntax Parser does not determine if all objects
      exist before invoking block and cancel .
  2.  Options Module variables:  WORKFILE_DATACLAS,
      WORKFILE_MGMTCLAS, WORKFILE_STORCLAS, WORKFILE_UNIT and
      DYNAMIC_SYSOUT_CLASS and not honoring default values.
  3.  ABPU_JOURNAL_SYNTAX Table has incorrect entries when there
      are multiple utilities in the input stream and attributes
      VALUE/SUBSTITUTE or OPTIONIF with ADD/REMOVE.
  4.  The RETURN_CODE attribute of the message monitor is not
      honored when multiple messages are being monitored and the
      last one in the SYSPRINT does not have the RETURN_CODE
      attribute.
  5.  Utility Monitor Syntax attribute VALUE / SUBSTITUTE is
      incorrectly substituting the value on a partial match.
  6.  When running utility programs under the control of the
      DB2 Administration Tool,  attribute WSL is not being
  honored.
  7.  Message ABPP9910I truncates the table name when large
      tables names are used.
  8.  Support new modify command, LIST PRACTICE.
  9.  Support new modify command, DISPLAY PRACTICE.
  10. Add SSID to message ABPS0207E.
  11. Add initialization message ABPG8008I  in SYSPRINT showing
      system name, job name, job id, step name, program name and
