* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If XDFLD CONST=xx is specified for      *
*                      a secondary index which is not a        *
*                      shared secondary index, Index Builder   *
*                      built incorrect index records.          *
*                      In this case, the RECORD LAYOUT report  *
*                      shows incorrect offset of each field.   *
