Error description

  • Installing IBM Rational ClearCase 8.0 into a non-default
    location can cause ClearCase processes to fail to start if the
    directory path ends with either 'rational' or 'clearcase'.
    
    
    Step to reproduce:
    
    Install ClearCase 8.0 into a non-default location where the path
    ends with either 'rational' or 'clearcase' word.
    
    
    Workaround:
    
    Install into the default location or ensure the install
    directory does not end with either 'clearcase' or 'rational'.
