PM59946: MAP IN ACTIVE REPORT HIGHLIGHTS OUT OF ALIGNMENT

Error description

• A map which contains multiple states for selection purpose has
  been created in Active report. Often when switching between
  selected states, the hover area which lets the user know which
  state is currently selected, becomes overlayed in an offset
  position. Moving the mouse cursor over the selected state, then
  returns back into alignment.
