PM59892: ARCHIVE LOG FILE ENTRIES FUNCTIONALITY DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY

Error description

• In FM product documentation Managing the Project > Administering
  the Metadata > Model Portability > Archive Log File Entries
  there is an instruction as follows: ??1.From the Project menu,
  click View Transaction History.?2.Locate the entry in a log file
  for the transaction that occurred after the last transaction you
  want to archive.?3.All transactions in the current log file
  prior to the selected transaction will be archived.?4.Click
  Archive Log File. ??When trying to archive log files the
  behavior is inconsistent, random items are archived, even those
  after the chosen date/transaction.??Issue is reproduced on C8.4
  and C10.1.1
