Maps that use the XPATH and/or XPATHEX xml library functions cause XLST and/or XSLTEX functions to fail. When the calling the XSLT/XSLTEX functions, the third argument is a log file. If you review the output log file, errors similar to the following can be encounted: XSLT Error: The prefix 'xxxx:stylesheet' is not declared. The Unicode code point 'x' is not a legal XML character Transformation error in the XSLT function In the above messages, xxxx is a stylesheet the XSLT/XSLTEX function is using on input and 'x' for the code point can be any unicode character.
