PM59875: Changing font in Rhp Linux is made difficult by UI design

Error description

• When attempting to change the font of the code editor, user is
  required to select item from color section. This should not be
  included in the color section as it is a general feature and
  applies to both color and font setting. Layout in the UI window
  is confusing and not consistent.
  
  1. Add class, edit code.
  2. Right click code text area and select properties
  3. Click 'font' and note setting changes are not completed upon
  hitting Apply.
  
  User is required to select 'Text' from Item list in color
  section to change font settings. The Item list should be in a
  separate area from the color and font options.
