Error description

• The 'Customize audit table' panel is used to specify which
  columns to include in an audit table. The 'PLAN NAME' and 'JOB
  NAME' fields are switched. One problem that occurs is that on
  the very first viewing of the panel, the default names for the
  two fields are incorrect. Also, in the audit table, the job name
  column will be incorrectly labeled with the plan name field's
  value and the plan name column will be incorrectly labeled with
  the job name field's value.
