  Customer is using the new keyword ZIIPMODE=
  to offload CPU workload of HP Image Copy jobs to zIIP
  processors and receives the following messages:

  internal error in IMS HP Image Copy.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was added to module GEXAPI00 to set the ZTHD1DSP bit
  marking it as dispatched before the schedule of a thread and
  upon return from the schedule, resets said bit to indicate it
  has returned.
  
  Code was added to module GEXAPI00 to set the ZTHD1DSP bit
  marking it as dispatched before the resume of a thread and upon
  return from the resume, resets said bit to indicate it has
  returned.
  
  This will avoid the bad return codes in the ZIIP API code.
